PPP3: Invoice Template

As I have recently completed a paid project I made a more professional-looking invoice in order to charge my employer.

The design and layout is somewhat based on the freely availble template developed by Made In England. Elements I borrowed include the usage of textured line and the inclusion of a company logo off-setting the 'From' and 'To' boxes.
